戚瀚英，浙江省诸暨人，经济学博士，浙江财经大学中国政府管制研究院助理研究员。主要从事数字经济理论及其监管、公共卫生监管理论与政策。博士毕业于中央财经大学，纽约州立大学布法罗学院从事访学研究。先后在SSCI/SCI期刊发表论文9篇，在CSSCI和中文核心期刊发表论文两篇，获副部（省）级领导批示一项。荣获2015年十四届全国大学生“挑战杯”学术成果竞赛全国二等奖、2018年第七届中国薛暮桥价格奖、2020年中国工业经济年会优秀论文。

主要研究方向：数字经济理论及其监管（数字金融、数字健康方向）；公共卫生监管理论与政策。
